At American Doxies, we deeply value the trust you place in us when choosing your new family member. That’s why we have a transparent and fair refund and return policy that prioritizes the health and happiness of both our puppies and their new families.

Eligibility for Return

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The puppy is returned within 72 hours of adoption.
• Returned in good health, as verified by a licensed vet.
• Reason must relate to a valid and ethical concern.

Refund Guidelines

Refunds are processed as follows:

• Full refund if return is due to a verified health issue (covered under our Health Guarantee).
• Partial refund (50%) for non-health related returns within 72 hours.
• No refund will be issued for returns beyond 72 hours or for negligence or change-of-mind.

Exceptions

Refunds are not applicable if:

• The puppy has been harmed, neglected, or improperly cared for.
• The return is initiated outside the stated time frame.
